How billing works

Pages

Each document counts for at least 2 pages. Reprocessing is free of charge, and included pages do not roll over.

Overage

Pages above your allowance are billed monthly in arrears. Nothing is blocked if you go over.

Add-ons

Extra review seats USD 49 per seat per month. Industry packs from USD 199 per month. Implementation fees are quoted in your Order Form.

Invoices

A tax invoice for every charge, and a PDF receipt after each online payment. Plans paid online are due on receipt.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional can be tried free for 14 days or 100 pages, whichever comes first. No card is needed, and each organisation can have one trial. Trials are for synthetic or non-sensitive test data only. Professional trials are arranged with our team. Private and Enterprise have no trial.
What counts as a page?
A billable page is a page of a document we process, with a minimum of 2 pages per document. Reprocessing a document does not count its pages again. Included pages are per month and do not roll over.
What happens if I use more than my included pages?
Nothing is blocked. Extra pages are billed at your plan's overage rate, monthly in arrears, on every plan including annual ones.
How do I pay?
Online payments run through Razorpay: credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your card number. Professional annual plans, and Private and Enterprise plans, can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.
Do you charge GST?
Customers with an Indian billing address are invoiced in INR plus 18% GST (CGST and SGST in Uttar Pradesh, IGST elsewhere). Customers outside India are invoiced in USD, with no Indian GST on these exports of services. Any local tax where you are is your responsibility unless we say otherwise on the invoice.
Can I cancel or change plan?
You can cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. An upgrade is prorated for the rest of the period. Moving from Starter to Professional includes moving your data to a dedicated database, so it starts when that move completes (we agree the date with you) and you are billed the prorated difference from then. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Can prices change?
Only with at least 60 days' written notice, effective at your next renewal (or after the notice period for month-to-month plans). A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
